Every family pays a once-a-year membership fee when enrolling or re-enrolling.
This keeps your spot active for the whole year (and helps our service run smoothly!).
Here’s the breakdown:
Term Membership Fee
Term 1 $35
Term 2 $35
Term 3 $17.50
Term 4 $35 (includes Term 4 and the annual membership fee for following year)
To join in the fun during the school holidays, families must have paid their Family Membership Fee.
Our Vacation Care fees are simple:
• Flat Rate: $67 per day
• Plus the cost of excursions, food or travel (these are added into the daily fee and shown clearly on the holiday program)
Each day’s total cost is displayed on the Vacation Care program—no surprises!
Like most payment systems, small transaction fees apply:
• 0.88% – Direct debit from a bank account
• 1.87% – Visa/Mastercard
• 4.4% – Amex & Diners Club
If your child won’t be attending, please let us know!
A quick phone call or message helps us focus on caring for the children on site.
If we aren’t notified and your child is marked on the roll, staff must begin a search and follow our safety procedures, which may involve contacting families and, if necessary, the police.
A $10.00 non-notification fee applies to all sessions.

If children are picked up after 6:00pm, a late fee applies to cover staffing costs:
• $2.00 per minute after 6:00pm
• Vacation Care late collection: $5.00 per minute

Great news—many families are eligible for CCS!
To receive your subsidy, simply provide:
• Your Centrelink CRN
• Your child’s Centrelink CRN
• Both dates of birth
We’ll take care of the rest on our end.
